Club Runs:

Monday - 1000 - Monday Mosey @ Bennachie - 6 - 7 miles with several hundred ft of elevation

Tuesday - 1835 - Social Run (usually trail). Meeting point to be advertised on FB and Instagram prior to the event

or

Tuesday - 1835 - Tuesday Trot. 6km @ Keithhall with plenty of stops and plenty of chat. Meet at Inverurie Retail Park @ 1835

Thursday - 1835 - Intervals @ GSC

Friday - 0600 - Early Morning Miles @ Inverurie Town Hall - 5 miles
